The Binli Accelerator offers a 7-day no-reason refund policy. You can submit the request in the member center and the refund will be automatically processed。

 

Ⅰ、Refund conditions

 

1. If you purchase a membership but do not use any services, you can apply for a refund within 7 days after purchase。

 

2. The refund will deduct the usage period fee and the refund handling fee. The usage period fee is calculated on a daily basis. The refund handling fee is uniformly 5 yuan。

 

3. If you purchase a membership and it has been over 7 days, if the product is faulty and you are unable to use it, you can apply for a refund within 3 working days after contacting the customer service (accelerating the process may be affected by the local network and is not considered a product issue)。

 

Ⅱ、Payment of refund materials

 

1. The adjacent registered account (please do not send screenshots of the account interface)。

 

2. Payment screenshot with the merchant's order number。

 

3. Alipay account and the real-name registered name on Alipay (For financial refunds, please transfer the funds to your Alipay account)。

 

4. Detailed reasons for refund, such as for refunds due to product issues, require providing video evidence that the product is unusable。

 

Ⅲ、Refund process

 

1. Collect all the materials needed for the refund process。

 

2. Send the materials to the customer service email address: xingkongsoft@qq.com. Please wait for the review. Once the review is approved, a reply via email will be sent. The refund will be completed within 30 working days。

 

Ⅳ、any other business

 

1. Users who purchase the package with a coupon will receive a refund based on the actual payment amount。
